Silver Lining In-Home Care is hiring both full-time and part-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care to clients in the New Castle and Wilmington areas in Delaware. We offer a 2-week HHA certification course held in person, with the course itself being free and a cert available after your first 500 hours of employment.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship) and pass a background check, including a 2-step PPD.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
• Criminal background check required
• Physical ability and 2-Step PPD test
• Able to lift and transfer patients
• Compassionate, respectful, dependable attitude

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home care services to clients in their homes.
• Help with daily activities and personal care tasks.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
