Job summary

Silver Lining Home Health Care in the Kent County area is offering a free, in-person 2-week HHA certification course with class days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. We’re hiring full- and part-time HHAs and will certify you at no cost.

After certification and orientation, you can pick up shifts including days, nights, and weekends. We are an Equal Opportunity employer focused on compassionate, client-centered care. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Silver Lining wants to help you start your career in healthcare in the Kent County area. We're hiring full- and part-time HHAs and we'll get you certified through our free, 2-week HHA course, held in person Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

What you'll do:

• Each classroom day mixes lecture with hands-on skills practice
• Homework is assigned and required between sessions
• An optional open lab on Wednesdays gives you extra practice time
• Fridays test your skills through competency sign-offs
• After the course and orientation, you're ready to pick up shifts!
