Job summary

Mid Valley Disposal is seeking a mechanically inclined Lube Technician to start a career in heavy equipment maintenance in Fresno, CA. You’ll perform oil changes, lubrication, and basic inspections while learning from an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Mechanic.

Helpful if you have experience with preventive maintenance and using hand and power tools. We welcome candidates with strong work ethic and safety focus who want to grow in heavy equipment maintenance, servicing loaders,

Qualifications

Experience with oil changes, filters, greasing, fluids preferred.
Basic preventive maintenance and inspections helpful.
Comfort with hand and power tool use.

Responsibilities

Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication services, greasing, and fluid checks.
Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance at 250/500/1000 hours.
Inspect equipment for leaks, worn parts, damaged hoses, and loose hardware.
Assist with routine preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
Clean radiators, engine compartments and components.
Assist with removing and installing parts during repairs.
Work with an experienced mechanic to gain heavy equipment experience
Maintain tools, lubricants, filters, parts and maintenance supplies.
Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
Document basic maintenance and services performed.
