Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Fuel & Lube Technician to join our maintenance team in Sahuarita, AZ. No prior experience required; we provide training to help you succeed in learning the fundamentals of heavy equipment maintenance while working around some of the biggest equipment in the industry.

Responsibilities include fueling equipment, lubrication, oil checks, and routine preventive maintenance with a safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Safety-first mindset and teamwork.
• Experience in mining, heavy civil, trucking, farming, or related environments is a plus.
• MSHA Part 48 certification preferred; we will provide if needed.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and other company vehicles.
• Perform scheduled greasing and lubrication.
• Check and top up engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, and other fluids.
• Assist with oil changes and filter changes.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Identify leaks, worn hoses, and other maintenance concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental requirements.
