Ro Health in Tacoma, WA is seeking a driven, growth-minded individual to recruit and oversee healthcare providers, manage client relationships, and help develop a management career. Schedule is Monday–Friday with shifts 5:00am–2:00pm or 7:00am–4:00pm.

Bachelor's degree and leadership experience are required; compensation includes a $62k base guarantee with commissions, quarterly bonuses, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a Vanguard 401(k) with 4% match.

• Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet our clients’ needs.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Create strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Oversee healthcare providers.
• Negotiate wages with candidates.
• Staff and schedule healthcare providers.
• Manage relationships with Ro Health clients.
• Develop skills needed in a management role.
• Handle additional operations including payroll and marketing.
