Maxim Healthcare is seeking an entry-level Healthcare Recruiter in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on developing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, and supporting caregivers and clients, with paid training and mentorship to build a lasting career in healthcare recruitment.

Starting pay includes a Recruiter Trainee rate during training ($21.64/hr) and a base salary of $50,000 plus weekly commissions after training.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
• High level of professionalism and urgency
• This is an office-based position

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent
• Source and screen candidates using various tools and platforms
• Manage caregivers and field staff throughout their assignments
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources
• Cultivate industry connections for referrals and business development opportunities
