Job summary

BerryDunn’s Government Assurance Practice Group seeks a Staff Consultant/Auditor to grow with the team in a fast-paced environment. You will receive coaching, training, and hands-on guidance while contributing to consulting and auditing engagements.

You will help prepare workpapers, learn relevant auditing standards, document client needs, and support project delivery within scope and budget. Waltham or Portland offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Public Administration.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in relationship building and teamwork.
• Interest in pursuing a career in auditing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing consulting and auditing services under supervision.
• Perform testing and prepare workpapers.
• Develop proficiency in auditing standards and tools.
• Support on-time, within-scope deliverables and client needs.
• Document client requirements and participate in meetings.
• Assist with project tracking and quality assurance.
