Parkland is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to deliver exceptional service in a Parkland-owned club managed by Troon. The role covers Inside duties like reservations, cashier tasks, and POS processing, plus Outside duties such as starter duties, guest welcome, pace of play, and cart/equipment setup.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be coachable and have basic computer skills.
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge about the game of golf is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerk/cashier duties and processing customer reservations.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to expedite check-in.
• Assist with inventory display and golf shop organization.
• Collect green and cart fees and process in POS.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and reconcile daily charges.
• Ensure secure property and amenities and assist with equipment/golf cart setup.
• Support with golf tournament setups in Golf Genius.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Head Professional.
• Welcome and greet guests as an Outside staff member and explain course rules and etiquette.
• Assist with tee time starts, pace of play, and cart/equipment organization.
• Record starting times and cart numbers for groups as needed.
