Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking an Entry Level Associate Project Manager to plan and coordinate GMP testing projects in a regulated laboratory setting. You will ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance while communicating with internal teams and clients.

The role requires aBachelor's degree in a relevant science, strong project management and communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field as basic requirement.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical sciences or analytical chemistry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMP testing projects from initiation to closure.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and dashboards.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and present project updates and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, Pricing, and BD teams.
