Job summary

Team Car Care is hiring a General Service Technician in West Dundee, IL. This entry-level position offers hands-on training to certify in all offered services and develop automotive technician skills.

You will service guest vehicles, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and participate in our supportive team culture. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, a biweekly bonus program upon certification, 401K with company match, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience in any setting.
• Clear communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high quality standards.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians as needed.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Inspect and fill fluids, tire pressures, and replace oil filters.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and follow safety protocols.
