The Boeing Company is seeking Entry-Level General Maintenance Specialists to join our team based in Hertford, NC. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and expand their skills in a hands‑on maintenance role. You will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining practical experience in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks while becoming a valuable member of our team.

Position Responsibilities

• Use basic knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety procedures
• Demonstrate increased skill level in construction to include rough‑in and lay‑out, under supervision
• Provide general support in response to routine trouble calls
• Demonstrate increased skill level in the repair and maintenance of plant and office facilities
• Use hand and power tools to construct, renovate and repair facilities and equipment

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Customer Service experience
• Current valid driver’s license
• Capable of lifting 35lbs on a frequent basis
• Ability to obtain an upgraded security clearance as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools
• Facilities, Maintenance or Construction experience
