Associa, a leader in community management with a nationwide footprint, seeks an entry-level General Ledger Accountant I in Richardson, TX. You will maintain records, support the general ledger, and help prepare financial reports for management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 0–3 years of experience, US GAAP understanding, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll join a collaborative Shared Services environment and contribute to accurate, timely financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting.
• Familiarity with an Accounting Shared Services Center environment.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize data across formats.
• Understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of assets, liabilities, P&L, and tax obligations.
• Manage and update the general ledger as needed.
• Analyze financial data to prepare reports for management.
• Generate financial records and statements for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
