Job summary

Blue Sage Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborer I in Beaver, OK. This entry-level field role supports heavy civil construction projects by performing general labor tasks, learning safety standards, and developing foundational skills for long-term growth.

You will assist with site prep, move materials, support operators, and work as part of a safety-focused crew. Travel may be required depending on project location.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation including clearing and cleanup
• Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely
• Assist operators and skilled laborers with daily project activities
• Support underground utility installation and trenching operations
• Learn proper use and care of hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and daily JHAs
• Wear required PPE at all times
• Work collaboratively with crew members, foremen, and operators
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Perform other duties assigned in support of project success
