Job summary

Boxercraft Inc. in Mableton, GA is seeking a novice Screen Printer to join our creative production team. The role focuses on producing high-quality garment prints with color accuracy and efficiency.

You will work in a small 2–3 person team, mix inks, match art and work orders to production screens, and ensure output meets style guides and ship dates. Basic math, English literacy, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Novice printing press experience (6 months–1.5 years).
• Read, write and speak English.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to perform minor maintenance on press.

Responsibilities

• Print garments using manual and/or automatic screen press for garment printing with multiple colors.
• Collaborate in a 2–3-person team, in all positions of printer, take off, and QC to produce quality garments.
• Able to mix ink as needed for print job.
• Match paperwork (art/work orders/pick tickets) to production screens & garments at a detailed level.
• Meet established production guidelines for output and ship date compliance.
• QC printed garments in comparison to Style Guide Standards & Production Work Orders.
• Maintain a print accuracy level < 1% error rate.
• Utilize basic PC skills to look up & update orders.
• Maintain a neat and safe work area.
• Partner with all production staff to develop ideas to maintain and improve all levels of service and production.
• Handle additional responsibilities and projects as directed by immediate supervisor.
