Job summary

Tri-Valley Collective is seeking an Entry-Level Fundraising Representative to join our energetic team. No fundraising background required; we provide 100% comprehensive, paid training from day one, along with a structured Leadership Track designed to advance top performers into executive management roles within their first year.

You’ll engage at local events to educate the public on education, youth development, and global relief, and you’ll encourage ongoing monthly giving.

Qualifications

• Student mentality: Highly coachable individuals who are eager to learn new marketing systems and leadership psychology.
• Communication skills: Outgoing, friendly personalities who naturally connect with people from all walks of life.
• Strong work ethic: Driven, goal-oriented candidates who bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude every single day.
• Availability: Able to work full-time hours locally out of our Pleasanton hub.
• Note: Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, server/bartending, athletics, or student leadership is highly valued but not required!

Responsibilities

• Public Engagement: Act as the enthusiastic voice and face of highly respected charity brands at localized events and community pop-ups.
• Drive Awareness: Connect directly with the public, telling powerful stories that educate community members on critical initiatives in education, youth development, and global relief.
• Secure Support: Inspire everyday people to make a lasting difference by becoming long-term monthly donors and supporters.
• Collaborate: Participate in high-energy morning strategy meetings, share campaign insights, and collaborate with team members to hit daily targets.
• Leadership Track (As you advance): Cross-train in public speaking, campaign compliance, talent scouting, and team management to prepare for market expansion roles.
