Qualifications

• Entry-level professional with a BA/BS in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel required; internship experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills for client interactions.
• Proactive drive to learn the financial services industry and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and price hedge and private equity holdings, producing timely accounting records.
• Prepare and communicate fund-related transactions and accounting packages to internal/external clients.
• Coordinate year-end audits and ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Engage with external investment managers to address daily fund inquiries and reconciliations.
• Attend IMS and corporate development sessions to identify process improvements.
