Job summary

Ledcor in Sahuarita, AZ seeks a reliable Fuel & Lube Technician to join our maintenance team and learn the fundamentals of heavy equipment care on site. You will fuel vehicles, perform lubrication, check fluids, and assist with oil and filter changes while maintaining high safety standards.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. This entry-level role offers steady site-based work, long-term career potential, rotating 10–12 hour shifts, overtime after 40 hours, health benefits,

Responsibilities

Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and other company vehicles.
Perform scheduled greasing and lubrication of heavy equipment.
Check and top up engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, and other fluids.
Assist with oil changes, filter changes, and routine preventative maintenance.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or concerns.
Identify leaks, damaged hoses, worn components, and other potential maintenance issues.
Follow all company safety procedures and environmental requirements.
