Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Fuel & Lube Technician in Sahuarita, AZ. No previous fuel & lube or mechanical experience required; training will be provided. Join our maintenance team and build a long-term career around heavy equipment.

You will fuel, grease, inspect, and support preventive maintenance on heavy equipment and company vehicles, while adhering to safety procedures and environmental requirements. This role offers rotating 10–12 hour shifts, overtime after 40 hours, health and wellness

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Team player with a safety‑first mindset.
• MSHA Part 48 certification preferred; we will provide if needed.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and other company vehicles.
• Perform scheduled greasing and lubrication of heavy equipment.
• Check and top up engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, and other fluids.
• Assist with oil changes, filter changes, and routine preventative maintenance.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or concerns.
• Identify leaks, damaged hoses, worn components, and other potential maintenance issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures and environmental requirements.
