Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to provide a courteous and efficient checkout experience. You will handle transactions, assist customers, restock shelves, and keep the front-end area organized throughout the shift.

In a fast-paced retail setting, you will rotate between tasks, respond to customer questions, and ensure accuracy at the register. Prior cashier experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

• Handling transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments
• Bagging groceries and assisting with bagging
• Restocking supplies and maintaining the checkout area
