Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a Front-End Team Member to ensure quick, friendly checkout experiences for customers. You will scan items, bag groceries, answer questions, and help complete purchases accurately.

You'll rotate between tasks, keep the checkout area clean and organized, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service is a plus, and training is provided on hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Create smooth, friendly checkout experiences; assist customers, scan items, bag groceries, and answer questions
• Rotate between tasks: handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, maintaining checkout area
• Keep front-end organized, clean, and running consistently throughout the day
