A leading biopharmaceutical company in Boca Raton is hiring a Technician I, Fractionation to assist in the manufacturing of plasma products. This entry-level role involves cleaning equipment, sanitizing areas, and supporting plasma processing tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree preferred, and good attention to detail in following procedures. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred.
• GMP experience preferred.
• Ability to follow cGMPs and procedures with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes equipment before and after use.
• Cleans and sanitizes manufacturing areas daily.
• Operates COP washer.
• Receives and de‑boxes plasma units.
• Operates plasma bottle cutter.
• Operates pooling tank lift.
• Sets up and harvests centrifuges.
• Monitors centrifuge flow and temperatures.
• Prepares buffer solutions.
• Removes trash from the TCP and Fractionation areas.
• Maintains stock of gowning supplies.
• Makes connections on flow panels for product transfers.
• Follows manufacturing SOPs and Batch Records.
• Completes additional tasks associated with advancement to the Tech II position.
