Job summary

ADMA Biologics is hiring a Technician I, Fractionation for night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). This entry-level role supports plasma product manufacturing, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, preparing buffers, and handling plasma receipt and processing tasks.

Under supervision, you will operate centrifuges, COP washer, and related equipment, while following cGMPs and FDA regulations. High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with GMP environments is preferred.
• Compliance with FDA regulations and company policies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and manufacturing areas daily.
• Operates COP washer, plasma bottle cutter, and pooling tank lift.
• Receives plasma units and assists in processing steps.
• Sets up and harvests centrifuges; monitors flow and temperatures.
• Prepares buffer solutions and maintains gowning supplies.
• Adheres to SOPs and batch records; supports advancement to higher tech levels.
