Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate in Nampa, Idaho. Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, building pallets, scanning orders with RF devices, and ensuring accurate receiving and stocking of material.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage.
