Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT. The role supports kitchen operations, sanitation and food prep areas, with a fixed pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
