Qualifications

• Can work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, team-based setting with minimal supervision.
• Must read/understand English instructions and safety warnings.
• Willing to rotate tasks across production functions including sanitation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, preparation, and packaging on assigned lines.
• Package finished products with proper labeling and stacking.
• Perform basic visual/quality checks and report defects to leadership.
• Move raw materials and supplies to support continuous production.
• Operate basic production equipment under supervision.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and conduct shift end cleanup.
• Follow food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and safety policies.
• Wear PPE as required and work with the team to meet daily targets.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training.
• Notify supervisors of equipment issues or safety hazards.
