As a Folder Utility, you’ll help ensure quality by catching folded pieces, stacking them neatly on pallets, and preparing them for the next stage. Training will be provided and no prior printing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to read and understand a job ticket.
• Must have strong attendance and good work ethic.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
• Must be team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• No prior printing or bindery experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Catch and stack folded materials as they come off the folding machine.
• Align and arrange products neatly on pallets for further processing.
• Assist operators with setup, cleanup, and changeovers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Monitor product for defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
