Job summary

Fellowes Brands is seeking an Assembly Folder Gluer operator in Itasca, IL. You will safely operate the Folder Gluer, perform set-ups, adjustments and routine maintenance to ensure steady production flow. The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and willingness to train others in operations.

Flexibility to work a 40-hour week, including weekends or holidays as needed, and the ability to read instructions, follow procedures, and communicate clearly with the team are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform duties safely and maintain attendance.
• Able to pass required Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) training.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour schedule, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Able to read and follow written instructions and communicate with team.
• Capable of operating the Folder Gluer and maintaining material flow.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Assembly Folder Gluer with set-ups, adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Promote and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Provide feedback to improve departmental processes and performance.
• Monitor machine performance and manage material feeding and setups.
• Communicate mechanical or quality problems to supervisors.
• Assist with other department tasks as needed and train teammates.
