SVT Fleet Solutions in Smyrna, DE is hiring an Entry Level Fleet Technician in the SVT Service Department. You will perform inspections, light repairs, and support the technical operations to keep vehicles compliant and road-ready.

The role offers full-time employment with competitive hourly pay of $24–$29, plus benefits including 401k with match and health, dental and vision coverage. Training and career advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certs are a plus.
• Post-secondary vocational education strongly preferred.
• 1 year of mechanical inspections and repairs experience.
• Valid driver's license with ability to obtain CDL within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and light repairs in shop or remote locations.
• Fix minor vehicle deficiencies and assist with alignments and replacements.
• Support technical operations and learn to progress within SVT Fleet.
• Take part in preventive maintenance inspections and oil changes.
• Drive test routes to verify vehicle performance and safety controls.
• Assist with tire work, parts replacement, and system repairs as directed.
• Follow safety, documentation, and company policies at all times.
