Job summary

Integrity Towing Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a motivated, hands-on Junior Mechanic to join our fleet maintenance team. You’ll assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on a mixed fleet of tow trucks, including hydraulic components. Training is provided, with a shift change after 90 days to the night shift.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience from professional, vocational school, or personal projects.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to night shift after training.
• Ability to take direction, follow safety procedures, and work in a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on a mixed fleet of tow trucks.
• Learn to service Dodge Ram 4500 chassis and Jerr‑Dan towing systems, including hydraulics.
• Service tow dollies and towing equipment.
• Perform routine service work such as oil changes, brakes, tires, lights, and inspections.
• Help diagnose and repair both diesel and unleaded vehicles under supervision.
• Keep shop and parts room organized; assist with inventory and records.
