Job summary

Penske in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and help keep the facility clean and safe. No experience required; training provided to learn maintenance basics and advance toward technician roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside and basic mechanical aptitude is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Helping keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs (tire mounting/replacement/rotation, preventive maintenance).
• Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
