Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at our Lithia Springs, GA location. You will fuel and wash vehicles, greet customers, and ensure readiness and safety before they return to the road.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training will cover Penske procedures and our advanced maintenance technology. This role offers a path to technician roles, with career stability and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and at night.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Learn and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance with guidance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
