Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Milton, FL. You will fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles to ensure readiness before they hit the road, greeting customers with a friendly, proactive service mindset.

No experience is required; we provide training on maintenance processes and our technology. This role offers growth opportunities, benefits, and a clear path to technician progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to make sure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done.
• Helping make sure our facilities are clean, safe environments for our customers and associates.
• Building your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires and performing preventive maintenance repairs.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
