Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at our Minneapolis location. You will fuel and wash vehicles, greet customers, and ensure readiness before they hit the road.

No experience required; we provide training on maintenance processes and use of advanced technology. This role offers a clear path to technician roles, with career stability and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must comply with Penske safety policies including DOT/OSHA standards.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and DOT physical; possible travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to make sure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done
• Helping make sure our facilities are clean, safe environments for our customers and associates
• Building your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires and performing preventive maintenance repairs
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
