Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at our Brooklyn Park, MN location. You will fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles to ensure they're clean, safe, and road-ready. No experience required; we provide training and opportunities to grow into a technician role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
• Basic computer skills and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and fuel and wash vehicles to ensure a great experience.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform minor repairs like tire mounting/rotating and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
