You will be trained on Penske’s maintenance processes and technology, and have opportunities to advance to a technician role. The position emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork while offering competitive pay, shift premiums, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• The associate must understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Developing skills through training and hands-on coaching for minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
