Job summary

Planet Fitness Fargo, ND is seeking a fitness program instructor to run the PE@PF classes and guide members toward their goals. You will design simple workouts and teach proper equipment use, while promoting class sign-ups and keeping schedules updated.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a passion for health, with frontline duties at the club desk and member sign‑ups. Training certification completed is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Create creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including: answer phones, check members into the system, new member sign-up, tours, and updating member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.
