You will read drawings, use microscopes and calipers, and follow safety and quality standards. Key duties include loading parts, adjusting temperatures and times, documenting data, and performing routine equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fire and inspect parts per specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation.
• Proficient use of microscopes and measuring tools.
• Load/unload parts into firing equipment and adjust settings.
• Document firing data accurately and maintain records.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with quality requirements.
