Qualifications

• At least 2 to 5 Years of product services experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer’s returning products are responded to immediately.
• Provide email documentation including photos to gunsmiths and customer service.
• Responsible for the process and assessment of repairs and paid services.
• Create and submit customers' firearm refund requests.
