Qualifications

• Mechanical experience is required.
• Experience with electronic testing devices.
• Must pass drug and background screenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fire alarm systems and components to ensure proper functionality.
• Service and troubleshoot fire alarm and security systems to diagnose problems and identify solutions.
• Install fire alarm and security systems and products, including alarms, communication, intrusion, video surveillance, access control, intercom, and monitoring.
• Install systems per drawings.
• Ensure customers understand the functionality of their system.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
• Follow safety regulations and practices.
• Be willing to continually learn and follow Koorsen policies and core values.
