Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Entry Level Financial Services Rep in Phoenix, AZ. You will be the first point of contact for financial advisors, handling a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries, guiding them through account questions, and using technology tools to resolve requests.

Training runs Monday through Friday 7:30am–3:30pm for 4–6 weeks. After training, the role offers a hybrid schedule in Phoenix with a competitive pay of $25.00/hr, plus a sign-on bonus for those with SIE and

Entry Level Financial Services Rep Job Description:

As a Financial Services Professional you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem‑solving skills are critical.

Entry Level Financial Services Rep Required Experience:

• Must have an interest in Financial Services
• Minimum 1‑3 years of customer service or call center experience
• Previous banking or financial services experience a plus
• Sign on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE

Entry Level Financial Services Rep Hours:

• Training: Mon-Fri from 7:30am - 3:30pm for 4-6 weeks
• After training must be available for any schedule Mon-Fri between 5:00am - 6:00pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
