Initially, you'll start as a financial representative focusing on client acquisition and obtaining necessary licenses. Northwestern Mutual is recognized for its highly trained sales force and ongoing professional development, including a curriculum designed for your first three years in the business.
Licensing requirements include Life/Accident & Health Certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 6, 7, and 63. We offer pre-payment or reimbursement for course fees and materials.
