Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and be resourceful using tools and information.
• Knowledge of Consumer Compliance Fair Lending and CRA regulations is a plus.
• Experience in data/statistical analyses.
• Experience with MS Access and MS Excel.
• Strong qualitative, analytical and concise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assists Senior Specialists with statistical analysis in support of fair lending exams.
• Supports verification of loan data for consumer compliance, fair lending and CRA lending.
• Helps coordinate fair lending examinations.
• Reviews fair lending plans of institutions requested by DFS units.
• May run call reports for exams.
• Analyzes exam findings with specialists to identify discriminatory patterns.
• Tests data accuracy and integrity from institutions.
• Travel may be up to 10%.
• Other duties as assigned.
