Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensure consistent communication and progress tracking
  • Financial Strategy Development: Understand clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance
  • Product and Service Consultation: Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients’ unique situations
  • Location: In-office presence required
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience
  • Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66

Training & Development
  • INRA Sponsorship: Provided for required FINRA licensing
  • Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): Comprehensive 120-day hands-on training
  • Virtual University: Access to Equitable Advisors’ Virtual University for continuous learning
  • Mentorship: Opportunities for joint work and mentorship
  • Personalized Coaching: Guidance from a local Vice President to support your success
  • Leadership Development: Access to Leadership Development School for management ambition
  • Professional Growth: Encouragement to pursue CFP, ChFC, and other credentials
  • Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for completing licenses
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay structure: After PEP, biweekly stable pay for up to the first 24 months with a 40-hour workweek; base pay example discussed above
  • Commissions and Bonus: Eligible to earn commissions and bonuses in addition to stable pay
  • Benefits Eligibility: Health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), subject to program terms
