Job summary

Equitable Advisors is recruiting in Stamford, CT for a Wealth Management track that provides a structured path to licensing and employment. You will engage clients, manage portfolios, and build relationships through networking events.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 required/licensing track provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with self-confidence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help others.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
  • Stable Pay: After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Equitable Advisors supports you with biweekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months as a financial professional, empowering you to establish your career in wealth management. Stable pay is based on a structured 40-hour workweek, with $35,500 annually.
  • Commissions and Bonus: In addition to Stable Pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
  • Benefits Eligibility: Eligible financial professionals can participate in our comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life Insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), each subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program, as may be in effect from time to time.
