Training & Development
  • FINRA Sponsorship: Provided for required licensing.
  • Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): A 120-day, hands-on training program.

  • Personalized Coaching: Ongoing guidance from a local Vice President for career growth.

  • Sign-On Payment: $250–$1,000 upon signing the PEP agreement, based on timely completion of licensing requirements.
  • Stable Pay: Upon completing PEP, become a 20th Edition financial professional with up to 24 months of biweekly stable pay ($35,500 annually, based on a structured 40-hour workweek).
  • Commissions & Bonus: Opportunities to earn additional income through performance.
