Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory financial assessments with program participants and early-career clients.
• Gather and analyze basic client financial information (income, expenses, debt, savings).
• Develop and update simple financial plans under the supervision of senior advisors.
• Educate clients on budgeting, saving, credit management, and introductory investing concepts.
• Support and co-facilitate financial literacy workshops and group presentations.
• Provide one-on-one financial coaching sessions with clear, accessible guidance.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and educators to align financial coaching with program goals.
• Assist in evaluating and improving financial education materials and tools.
• Adhere to all compliance, ethical, and confidentiality standards in banking, insurance, and investment contexts.
