Qualifications

• Experience delivering personal finance education.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Experience coaching young adults preferred.
• Strong data tracking and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with budgeting and goal setting.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong outreach and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops on core personal finance topics for young adults.
• Support participants in setting financial goals and building action plans.
• Track financial outcomes and maintain accurate participant records.

• Use data to improve coaching approaches and workshop content.
• Communicate complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
