Job summary

Enbridge is seeking an entry-level Field Technician I to join our operations team and support safe, reliable operation of pipeline and facility assets in a field setting. You will learn under experienced professionals while performing maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and operational activities daily.

Responsibilities include safe operation and repair of equipment, documenting maintenance, and supporting inventory and logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn field processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with safety, integrity, inclusion and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and grow in field operations.
• Experience or knowledge in pipeline/maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support safe operation, maintenance, and repair of pipeline and facility equipment.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions, emergency conditions, and operational issues to protect people, property, and the environment.
• Participate in lockout/tagout activities and other critical safety processes.
• Complete maintenance records, reports, inspections, and documentation.
• Review drawings, sketches, procedures, and as-built documentation to support field activities.
• Assist with material handling, inventory management, and equipment logistics.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through on-the-job training and formal development opportunities.
