Job summary

Texas First Rentals (TFR), part of the Holt family of companies, is seeking an entry-level technician to perform basic inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy equipment. You will work as part of a team to support customer needs and departmental goals in an onsite SA-Cibolo location.

During training, you will engage in ProTech Technician Training Paths and ongoing self-development while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have/acquire basic mechanic hand and pneumatic tools (metric/standard).

Responsibilities

• Performs basic troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions.
• Assists in rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
• Learns to plan equipment repairs and complete parts orders.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and completes repair documents.
