No pool experience is required; we provide paid, hands-on training and a clear path to advancement, working alongside senior Repair Technicians in the field. This full-time role pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with benefits such as 401(k) and matching, paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Reliable, physically capable and ready to work outdoors in Florida heat.
• Mechanical experience recommended, but not required.
• Coachable—willing to learn from senior technicians and take direction.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (background check required).
• Full-time availability, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Repair Technicians on residential pool equipment jobs.
• Haul equipment, prep jobsites, and stage materials.
• Manage warehouse organization and job logistics.
• Learn pump, motor, valve and plumbing basics through hands-on exposure.
• Learn pool chemistry and equipment fundamentals from the ground up.
• Progress toward independent repair work through the tier system.
